OK, he looks nothing like either man in the story. He looks like an escapee from an 80's teen movie.

Plus there's something wrong with not showing properly aged models. There's more to the world that some Smallville Farm Boy Reject with a Kryptonite mutation for buggering pumpkins.

It's a stock cover for the line. There'll be 2 or 3, and all the Trick Or Treat stories will have them.
