Bunny and I talked this evening.

She's not just taking a little crap at school (a little being defined as a random vicious comment that everyone gets). She's being actively assaulted on a daily basis. Some little bitch thinks it's funny to push her down the stairs of the gym.

So, she's keeping a log of what happens, when and who is behind her when she gets shoved. Also on the efforts she makes to avoid it. And Monday, she's going to the gym teacher with it. "I'm getting pushed down the steps. Could you keep an eye on things when we come in and see if you can catch them in the act?"

Should the gym teacher (who is a good sort) not act, we move up the chain calmly and cleanly, until I am standing in the principal's office yelling about assault law-suits.

On an upside, we got her pen and ink and some sample alphabets she likes. She's practicing.

I agree, take action ASAP. Dr.Phil had a show about this today. How bullying has gone too far, and it really has. I mean, I thought I had it bad, I just got called names. But kids nowadays are being physically abused, and it's just not acceptable. Let Bunny know the only reason they're doing it is because they have low self esteem and it makes them feel better about themselve knowing they can pick on someone. It's dumb, but that's really the reason they do it. Unless they have some personal issue, then they usaully get thier whole "click" in on it, then it just gets way out of hand. Being assaulted is no way going through school. I wish you and Bunny the best of luck<3.
