help on writing a touchy sex scene

I'm writing a woman having sex with a pair of identical twins. The twins are NOT sexually involved with each other. (so far their faces have been pressed close together as they ate her out and their fingers got together inside her.)

Is having her take them both in her mouth at the same time, then alternate sucking one then the other, on the hot or the squicky side?

Also, is fingercuffs (one vaginally, one orally) inherently degrading, even when it's her idea?

My jaw hurts just THINKING about sucking two guys at once, but I have TMJ, so ... yeah.

I don't think that there's anything "inherently" degrading about any particular acts. (I've got a mini-rant on the subject somewhere at the back of my head, but this is neither the time nor the place for it.)
