The Take Heart Project is getting underway. This is a resource for women and children escaping from abusive religious movements and to educate the public.

Feeding the kids after recess instead of sending them out to play after lunch, may be more effective. But who cares if those stray animals get fed or can learn? After all, hunger is a great motivator.

We're getting swindled. National Geographic puts up a chart on how much we spend on health care, how many dr visits per year and our life expectancy. It's a pretty chart but the data isn't.
