Re the pirating thing, I don't know about you, but if it was me, I would be torn between flattered that someone liked the idea of the book enough to try, and mad that they were wanting to steal from me to get it. So far, I have not had (to my knowledge) any of my work pirated, but I live in -- hope? *g*
