Blurb time
Mar. 17th, 2009 03:16 pmWhen you're asked to write the blurb so it can get kicked upstairs, You're Doing It Right.
Here's what we turned in:
In 1896, disgraced Chastity Millwood is sent with her stern auntie to the New Abilene Colony on Jupiter's moon of Io. Resigned to a fast marriage in order to save her non-existent virtue, she didn't count on falling hard for handsome Ulysses Carter, a junior officer of the ship. During the six-month trip, the virile Outrider, whose favorite part of his job is lassoing and riding asteroids away from the ship, meets his match in this petite redhead, who teaches him exactly why her name fits her so badly.
ps: the icon is standing stones all day. Celt, you know. Irish even.
