Nick sputtered, but his feet carried him in anyway. Surely he didn't mean to be standing quite so close, or leaning in near enough to smell Torturo's unique scent of aftershave, sweat and something just him.
“I want--” he started.
“Of course you do. Everyone wants.” Torturo stood up and closed the distance, standing so near Nick could feel the warmth radiating off his body over the warmth of the early September day. “But what do you want, Nicholas?” he whispered, his breath teasing Nick's ear.
Nick shivered under the warm breath, the suggestive words. A voice he didn't recognize as his squeaked, “You.” He shuddered when Torturo dropped the door flap, closing them into the hot white canvas tent. Torturo's mouth came down on his, and he shook and pulled away.
