oh god, make it stop

I have been in enough pain to want to barf exactly 4 times in my life: labor.

And yesterday and today make 5 & 6. I was a little better after sleeping on the floor, and managed to get "burning for Eight Days" back to EC

But i overdid (iow, walked down the hall wrong and had to stand and scream a while) and am flat on the old futon mattress on the floor for the evening. With the heating pad.

Down I go, before I barf.
