valarltdMy old Sims 2 had gotten so very buggy that people were coming to visit and never going home. They just died on vacant corners of the lots. And the hacks and custom careers and other stuff had pretty much killed it.
My new Sims 2 (Holiday) arrived today.
So, most of my evening was spent installing.
Add in that I had to re-download and install AIM, and I've been incommunicado most of the night.
Probably wisest. The Rosie O'Donnell Christian Extremist Battle/Jesus Camp: Hoax or Horror rage on in at least three different opinion forums. And I spent the day pointing out that:
1) All religious extremists are dangerous to civilized society, and no, she didn't say all Christians are extremists.
2) Yes, there are Christian extremists, and please quit with the "No True Scotsman" fallacy
and
3) Yes, Dominionists are real. I was one. I know what they want to do. Please stop trying to paint me as a paranoiac.
And because of all that, I hurt some feelings both on-line and IRL.
Dr. appt. at 8:45 tomorrow for my back. Hope I can get something better than tylenol. Taking them 1500mg at a time is getting old.
After the dr, I'll get some writing done
