Another mixed day

valarltdThis morning, the instructor seemed relatively certain I could handle the road test with a minimum of point loss.
This afternoon, I flunked it most heinously. "I want the lady we had this morning, the one who could shift and downshift and turn corners."
And there was chili for dinner, which I don't like but make anyway because it can be crockpotted.
