Good news on the medical front

valarltdMy neice, Logan, came through surgery just fine today. She'll be on a liquid diet for a week, then purees for 2 more weeks. They did repair work on her palate.
Mudd's stepfather also came through his surgery fine. He had a "roto-rooter job" on his carotid artery. He had a pre-stroke yesterday. Fortunately, my mother-in-law is a nurse and realized what was happening.
So, it's 9:45 and all is well.
