So, I converted to Adobe Premiere.

How do I use this fool thing?

My usual methods-slice the clip I want out, drop on timeline--are deeply cumbersome.

Any advice or links would help.

Let me know if you get help with Premiere. I've been told it's one of the better products out there for vidding and considering it for when I get my new computer.
