1) Would making a Blade Runner vid focusing on Roy Batty be entirely too meta if I use "When you wish upon a Star?" Would anyone make the meta level connections of Pinnochio-> real boy:: Roy Batty-> Human? Or would I just get laughed and derided for poor song choice? Would the song lend itself to the automatic assumption of a humor vid?

2) Still hunting a Starbuck/Apollo song. Still not finding anything. For slashy music, 1978 sucked. "Glory of Love" by Peter Cetera might work. I keep getting an image of Apollo in the pure white uniform to the line "Like a knight in shining armor, from a long time ago"
But it's such a generic love song, and I am unsure if I promised it to any other boys.

3) Still wrestling "The Gallows" and "Wind's Four Quarters" into submission for Escapade. With mixed success.

4) "This One's for the Girls" will be a great adult vid, if I can ever get it organized. Nekkid SW boys, yay! (I was going to use the bit where JarJar jumps into the lake, followed by the bit from Nell where Neeson goes skinny dipping, but i remembered he has short hair and no beard in Nell. Bummer) Actually, I suspect it's a dumb idea. No point, no story, just drooling and nekkidness.

Does it have to be 1978? "Show Me Your Soul" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers has got to be the slashiest song ever.

Sentimental gentlemen
Are not afraid to show you when
I love you, you're my best friend
Show me your soul

As for number one, yeah, I suspect it would be assumed to be a humorous vid with that song.
