Seven stores.
I have been to seven stores and there is not a pair of size three white canvas tennis shoes to be had in this town for love nor money.
Christopher Robin will wear penny loafers for his opening tomorrow. (and Piglet has a crush on him)

I grocery shopped today. Kroger has some splendiferous sales.
My Dollface is a pistol. Bossy, bossy bossy. And she has very set ideas of the things she likes to eat. She is sweet though, and will apologize immediately when she does something wrong. Having older brothers makes her rambunctious and she's not always careful about her poor fragile mama.

We sold stock today. Enough to pay off a student loan so that we don't have $500/mo oming out of our checking account.

I found out Jonner is into Spiderman in a big way. My younger boy doesn't talk much. He doesn't seem interested in most media stuff, and he just plays with what's available. But he wants a Spiderman lamp and a Spiderman bathroom. (I may see about a Spidey blanket for his futon.)

reading your lj....i've realized that you're a fellow sims 2 junkie. just thought i'd let you know they've got the first expansion pack coming out in march. it'll be the sims college and introduce the all new "young adult" phase. there's eleven degree majors and four new jobs as well as the opportunity to have the simmies pledge to sororites (sp is bad, i know) and frats and stuff like that. an ex boyfriend of mine used to work for maxis studios. between him and the supscription i have to the sims 2 on line news (go to the sims 2 website), i generally know what's going on. today, i'm going to ask my ex to try to find out what expansion packs are in development.
