For those of you who have seen me criticize the Election Assistance commission, let me state right here:

They Are NOT owned by Diebold. In point of fact, they have serious reservations about Diebold machines.

You know they're never going to get the funding they need to evaluate the software, either, not with the Bush regime making noises like they're going to cancel the damn elections.

I somehow didn't see your original post yet -- maybe I need to scroll back more -- but kudos for printing a large retraction to whatever-it-was. *BG* Seriously, I think willingness to correct errors in arguments and so forth is really important and unfortunately all too often lacking in some circles.
