My son, the fabric geek
Jul. 3rd, 2004 12:10 amObi and I went shopping for his quilt. He has great taste in prints. Dragons and frogs and bugs. Spiderman and flags and chickens and bees. Right now, he's washing the purchases, and retrieving the stash pieces from the dryer.
I spent about $25 on fabric. But it's not just a bed cover. It's a bonding experience.
Mudd's burning DVDs. There's the comprehensive version, and the cleaned up version.
I got corn on the cob. I love corn on the cob.
My kitchen is clean. My son's toybin is assembled, after much swearing. I call it "the damned thing." I got the laundry folded and a couple more loads washed.
The kids corraled the popcans. And we have a whole bag full of trash ready to go out.
I had a productive evening. I must start drinking 24 oz glasses of tea with dinner more often.
