Quite a Sunday

valarltdI called my dad for Father's Day. He was tickled to hear, and he loved the card. i found one with 4 little bears and a grandpa bear. The kids insisted on labeling the cubs.
Jonner wandered in. Mr. Bashful who has never talked on the phone in all his 6 years. I said "You want to talk to Grandpa?" He nodded, took the phone and chatted away as if he'd been talking all his life.
Mudd took the 3 big kids to a Memphis Redbirds ball game. I took Dollface to work. It was a long 4 hours. They all got lunchboxes (Obi got his autographed) and Jonner caught the first foul ball in the first inning.
There's a pork roast finishing in the crockpot, and tator tots in the oven.
I need to do either 25, 36 or 49 motifs for my afghan. i'm thinking of doing the 25 motif one, and expanding it to 49 if there's time. (Trip around the World done in 3 colors of stars)
Now I'll see about vidding some after dinner. or writing.
