Obi and his roommate for next year have been laying the ground rules.

Obi: So say I'm getting busy with a girl...
Roomie: What kind of busy?
Obi: Chained to the bed busy

Mom: Whoa, whoa. Her chained to the bed or you? Do you need a copy of The Leatherman's Handbook?
Obi: Either one. It's theoretical.
Mom: Just curious and a bit surprised. Because you know Oli is a domme and Bun's a sub. If all my kids are going to be pervs, let me add to the sexual ethics list: Do your homework, negotiate your scenes, and secure your safewords. Got it?
Obi: And no medical equipment.
Mom: Raid the book box if you need to.

Obi: Busy.
Roomie: I say excuse me, get what I came for and walk out.
Obi: Same courtesy if you're chained to the bed.

Mom: And no offers of assistance or critique!

Obi: If an axe murder happens, killer has to clean up.
Mom: Does non-killing roommate have to help move the body?
Obi: Not within 2 weeks of finals.

I think they're going to do just fine
