Warning, danger Will Robinson
Jan. 23rd, 2004 07:24 pmThe Angel PMS Terror Alert has been set at Orange. We expect escalation into Red on Monday, then a decline to Green sometime at the end of next week.
It's probably a bad sign that i track my cycle by my food cravings. I want salt when I'm ovulating, but when i move into sweet/creamy/chocolate look out.
Sending me shoppping in this phase, and before dinner, is tantamount to letting Augustus Gloop loose in Hershey PA.
On the plus side of my day: I got paid, I wrote commentary for one story, had inspiration on another, I saw my Mudd for a few hours, and I got cracking on the sacrifice vid. It works, even if i've only gotten 2 of the 5 segments in.
Must find movies and capture tonight.
Spare Change Con fund=$14.08
Must speak to Mudd about pilfering my quarters.
(This is just my random spending money, for things like buttons and soda)

Date: 2004-01-23 08:57 pm (UTC)Speaking of raising money in jars and piggy banks, I've been selling a pile of books on half.com lately. I'm curious to see whether I can raise an entire car payment by unloading used books ('twould be a very useful trick if I can pull it off). I've gotten $100 from it so far, so I'm 1/3 of the way there. Dunno if you have spare books you want to convert into con money, but selling on half.com is surprisingly easy. And once I mentioned it to a friend, he offered to give me his castoff books to sell too. So this kind of thing can snowball. :)

Date: 2004-01-23 09:02 pm (UTC)The zoloft has me much calmer.
Selling books would involve actually finding books. Mine are still packed since I haven't gotten shelves up yet. i tend to do book purges before each move, and we haven't bought many since 2001.
I want to see if Mudd will let me sell some of our obsolete computer games.
(I'm just dumping all my loose change in a can, and seeing how much I fritter away in 5 months without even thinking about)
