I got up early, cleaned the kitchen, stuffed stockings, and got Oli for Breakfast.

They went for the stockings.

Oli was pleased. I knew she would be: paint brushes, natural sponges, some fox mittens that make fingerless gloves, M&Ms.

Jon was suited. A snowman coffee mug, 21 oz, a VR viewer, a Mill game, some M&Ms

But Mudd was the prize for me. He took out the mug that said "Eat, drink, repeat." Then he pulled out the creme drops. His eyes got big and he smiled in a way I seldom see. I knew he hadn't had any since his last trip to Granny's, before Jon was born. The M&MS and the extra-dark chocolate square were just perks.

I did good.

And then there was bacon and eggs, pancakes and muffins.
Followed by a nap.

I've started a new afghan in Bernat Blanket yarn, my first knitted afghan. I'm cleaning a bit. There was Buffy. Jon and I are watching A Christmas Horror Movie.

It's been a good day.
