1) Who are the Ancestors participating in this reading: Seven of wands. Challenge. Competition. Perseverance. Holding your ground.

Someone is here and challenging me, daring me to hold my ground, to keep going forward.

2) What is their relationship to you? Eight of Cups. Escapism, abandonment, withdrawal. A time to leave behind accomplishments and strike out for new horizons. The beginning of a spiritual journey

They're here to give me to the prod to get moving spiritually again.

3) How do they make their presence known? Four of pentacles. Control, stability, possessions, accomplishment of goals, security. Inflexibility, resistance to change, hoarding.

I'm getting more economically comfortable, and that's letting me turn my mind to spiritual matters instead of survival.

4) What wisdom do you need to find? The Lovers. Love, union, relationships, balance and alignment of values, clarity to not get caught in a fantasy world.

Value your relationships. I'm bad about that. I'm enjoying Mudd more in these recent weeks than i have in years.

5) What wisdom do they offer? King of Wands. Natural leader, entrepreneur, vision. honor. Live your life with intent. Have a vision. Extend compassion and don't be afraid of the hard work. Seize the opportunities, but watch your arrogance and single-mindedness.

Basically, "Baby girl, you got THIS. You can kick butt and take names and lead. So go do it!"

6) What is your spiritual path? Nine of Cups. Fulfillment, comfort and satisfaction. Stability. Advancement. Count your blessings.

Apparently, I'm a materialist, looking for the path that's most comfort.

7) Why is this path yours? The Tower. Disaster, upheaval, sudden change, revelation.

I want this because I've had the disasters, the upheavals, the poverty and destruction.

I need to embrace change and diversity. I need to quit butting my head against things.

For now, take a break. Calm my mind, relax and contemplate what I need out of a faith and a practice.
