Menu for the week,
since I cleaned out the freezer and know what there is:
Sunday:
Pork mushroom rice (Leftover pork roast shredded into cooked rice, mixed with mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup and a package of pork gravy)
Monday:
Shepherd's Pie. The kids always gripe I'm too cheap to pop for real shepherd and only use hamburger.
Tuesday:
Sausage Broccoli Mac. Macaroni and cheese with broccoli and polish sausage
Wednesday:
Pulled pork BBQ
Thursday
Manwiches
Friday
Pork stew
Saturday:
Stroganoff
