Insomnia sucks.
I went to bed with Mudd about 9:30, fell asleep about 10. Was awake by 11:45, and didn't get back to bed until 4 AM
How can I establish normal sleep patterns if I CAN'T SLEEP?
And then my period hit.
Apparently my Eat All The Things moment (2 bagels, 7 sausage links and some kit kats) was closer to the beginning than expected. So PMS terror alert is down to green for another three weeks.
