Baked Mudd a birthday cake. it came out just as he was headed to bed. Fooey.

Did a food inventory, and made a list of what I need to buy. Eek. My pantry is low.
I'm trying to work through my recipe collection on Pinterest.
We'll be trying five new recipes at supper, plus a couple of dessert recipes.
Trying:
Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Greek hand pies (made into one big pie)
Shwarma Rice (meat cooked and seasoned, served over rice with tzatziki sauce),
Dublin Coddle
Toad in a Hole (bangers in yorkshire pudding, not egg in bread)
Also pumpkin snickerdoodles.

Tomorrow: grocery shopping, finishing tax prep, editing.

Have started line edits on Somewhere Out There.

Had to back up the knitting.

Am considering submitting a proposal to write a Supernatural Tie-in novel.
