Olivia is having a High 8 pain day.
My own is about a 5, but my range of motion is so limited I had to get help undressing last night because my shoulders wouldn't flex enough to get my bra off. I do not like the future this portends.
We have both had naproxin and she is back in bed.
Gonna be a long winter.
