Whew!

Just got word that today was the last day to submit novels to Apex. Jason had told me to sub. So I sent them the first three chapters and synopsis of ALIVE ON THE INSIDE.
We're still poking at the end, trying to get it to work.

It will. It's a lot better, and a lot more gruesome, than it was.

We squeaked in.

Ded of freaks

We finished it. The book started at 50K and is now 78K
There are some really gruesome bits and somehow or another Napoleonic Wars, sexual politics in 19th century China and Wendigos all come into it.

I'll mess with the formating when/if someone wants a full manuscript.

I feel wrung out and hung out to dry.

Also, I finished Brian Keene's GHOUL.
so gross. Wonderful, yet gross-out.

Now to get my Brian Daley on and write some more Ruvane and Etarin...
