That means the Ten in One is open!

The Midway

And creepy clowns are everywhere, selling balloons and candy and souveniers. Most are normal height but there are a few dwarf clowns in the mix. Some will take the fun-seeker's picture and then sell it back for $1. Others are clearly security.
