Work stuff
The Mishawaka to Memphis run is nice.
The driving part of the Memphis to Shreveport run is really nice. But I am not good for hitting 5 docks between 10 PM and 2 AM. It was, as my supervisor put it, "a learning experience."
Fun Stuff
The package got to Star OK. Which is good. I need to get my own package to Edmundton finished. (Still trying to learn a mitered double decrease for the earflaps)
Last night was Skinny White Chick and a couple of others. I pushed bookmarks. (I updated my site. Torquere redid their site and all my links were off.) BUn and Obi went to the concert with me and had a good time. Any time "Stick it" gets dedicated to Bush, I'm happy.
And there was fire-spinning, which is just amazing to watch. Bun wants to take it up. I've told her we'll see about some rainbow glow-balls of doom (same premise) before we go for actual fire wicks.
Next week is Pride. Monday is the Anniversary Protest at Love In Action/Refuge. Mudd's got his "Straight, but not narrow" T. Bun's got a Pride T of her own. (she now owns 2) and they both have buttons. Bun and Mudd are both in the parade. The littles and I will just stand and cheer.

Writing
I polished Etarin a little and sent it out last night. I want to do some editing on Nikolai. I seem to be in an editing rather than a creating kind of mood.
I've hit all my deadlines, except Con*Strict.
"Rock us all Down" comes out from Torquere today! Squee! I'm quite proud of it. SJ (Skinny White Chick) said "You mean they don't kick you out of the smut writer's guild for being so well read?" And she had a funny story of how she was reading it, and the 5 yo she was watching had 2 barbies and a ken and Ken was the type who says "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair." She really liked it, which makes me very happy.

Kids
Kids are out of school. Only Jonner is up. He's playing Mensa games that I got him at MWC. Obi was up too late. Bun sleeps in anyway. And Dollface is at Sylvan with her daddy.
We got three report cards. (Jonner has a missing library book) Bun's was excellent except for history. Her BMI is in the low end of perfect. Obi's...*sigh*. If it interests him, he's got an A. If he's bored, he gets Cs and Ds. And his BMI is in the (very narrow) underweight category. So we're trying to feed him up. Dollface was retained. She's also in the "overweight" section of BMI.
(The scale says I'm still at 275, but my size 26 jeans are falling off my hips. What gives?)
