Feedback for
out_there
Jun. 27th, 2004 09:36 pmI've never encountered Annie's fic before. I've been missing out.
She has a good command of character voice, and a knack for writing vignettes that say more than they appear to on the first pass.
There to See is an interesting example from Potter fandom. I read the pairing and went eww! a bit. But Annie's Hermione voice is perfect and sold me on the rather bizarre idea.
Her Never creates a breathtakingly bittersweet series of first-time CLex vignettes that should have happened, had every reason to happen, and explains why they didn't happen. It left me aching for the beautiful boys.
And she packs more heat into her numerous drabbles than anyne else I've encountered.
Thanks!
And thanks to
