Happy halloween

So, I dragged my 3 smallest around the neighborhood for an hour and a half. My skeleton, Batman and princess were hits. I wore my hippie dress with no bra and all my hair down from a center part. Looked totally 60's Mama Cass. Bunny went out with her best buds.

We took up with a witch and a guy being eaten by a cannibal, and their ninja and cowboy. Quite fun. My boys know their boys.

Very tired now. Dollface got tangled up in a branch and took a header, which pretty much killed us for the night.

Bunny made an abstract pumpkin with a nifty mosaic design. I'll get pics.

Mom called tonight.

She just got out of the hospital. Do you know how sick you have to be to be hospitalized for 6 fraggin' days on an IV and a NG tube?
Pancreatitis. She's out now. And then there's the torn cartlidge in the right knee (not the one she had replaced last Christmas).

And my sister is going crazy between her schedule, Mom and a couple of double shifts.

Who am I to complain my youngest was running a 102 fever all week?

oh man...

I'm beginning to wonder how much longer Mom can last. (And getting a scary look at myself 20 years down the road)
