"PoV: A Bystander zine" arrived yesterday.

So gorgeous. I knew from the minute I opened the box (box, oh my, this is fancy) this was going to be something. The zine is heavy paper, so nice to touch, bound on the short side.

The pictures. Oh stars, the pictures!

These are fabulous, full color works by Gayle. Magnificent 7, Harry Potter, Star Wars (both sets) and Highlander. And a bonus print of Qui & Obi that was entirely too hot to have opened in front of my kids. ::blush::

The stories are excellent. They are all tales about the picture. The narrator is someone catching a glimpse of the boys (whichever boys they are) and thinking on it. heronirene wrote one from the PoV of a 7' bird. A couple of Leia PoV's, one by walkerminion, a Deepa Billaba, my own Mace Windu, a Minerva MacGonagle. (Sorry, haven't read all the Potter ones. Harry/Snape skeeves me)

So gorgeous. My one single complaint is that my story was mistitled in the Table of Contents.
It's called "Living the Code."

Otherwise, so fabulous! I'm a part of art. Which, if I wasn't dead of joy would make me squee like a teeny-bopper fan meeting Orlando Bloom.
