valarltdDark chocolate cake, poke holes in it, pour a mix of sweetened condensed milk and caramel ice cream topping over, sprinkle with toffee chips, let cool at room temp, frost with whipped cream and more toffee chips. Chocolate chips and or nuts can be added with toffee chips.
