A productive evening
Nov. 27th, 2013 11:18 amDespite pain levels, yesterday evening was pretty good.
We watched Abraham Lincoln, Vampire HUnter, which Mom had been wanting to see.
I baked a pecan and a chocolate pie.
I finished a baby sweater and the green ruffle scarf.
My Nano count stands at 31868. I'm making headway, but I think my goal may be 40,000 instead of 50000
Today, after chemo, we're taking the DVD back to the library and I'll teach Mom how to get her e-mail.
My kids (and, maybe, husband) are on the road today, headed to my Dad's. Mom and I will go up tomorrow. I have to pack tonight, a month's worth of stuff from living in her living room. Clothes and lots of craft projects, some food and toiletries. This is the longest we've been together since 1995. Mom likes the woman I've become, "smart, funny, and very talented."
