1) When hubby gets too much sun he freckles. Very cute.

2) Bunny does not have Marfan's syndrome. She doesn't even have scoliosis, thereby breaking a family pattern of 3 generations. These are Good Things.

3) I am not sensitive to plastic fillings. I am, however, suffering an abcess. Root canal ahoy. E-myicin, and lots of tylenol.

4) Kiddos are doing Presbyterian VBS. Next week is Church of Christ. Ironically, the only one we've missed is our own.

5) The Extended Edition of LotR is beyond amazing. I'm still sniffly.

Thanks. The info you sent earlier was a big help in coping with the idea she might.

But we're doing the happy dance around here.

Me too! (Glad for you both.)

Which parts of the Extended LOTR did you especially like? I liked it too; just curious what had you beyond sniffly.

The gift-giving scene choked me right up. Poor Gimli, he is so ensorcelled by the Elf-witch. (love the besotted look on his face) I do love my grumpy lil dwarf.

And Bilbo and Frodo at the party. Bilbo on about how he's really very selfish.

But Boromir's death scene always gets me. And the part about "I'm going to Mordor alone." /"Of course you are. And I'm coming with you."
