He has retracted it, made it something that happened in the past, and directly targeted at "People like him."

Pat Robertson was the target of gay ninja assassins with gom jabbars.
I was sporfling at the ridiculousness of the idea, when I remembered, "Hey, I write a gay assassin with ninjitsu training...Who sicced Nick on Pat Robertson?"
