Busy day today

I was up at 3:30 for work.
Then a trip to the bank, Dollar Tree and home.
I cleaned out the fridge, taught Oli how to clean the car's upholstery (looks much better) and had Jon do the litterbox
I paid bills
Arranged a get together for the weekend.

I finished edits for "Fruits of Thine"
Sent in paperwork for my Dreamspinner story
And watched four episodes of Smallville, Season 1. I totally have a squee!

I watched it back in the day, but, as usual, started around season 2-3. I've never seen Season 1 in order.

I'm four eps in. Really enjoying the kids this time. Last time it was all about the parents.

Clark is the world's biggest boy scout, except for the nasty habit of spying on Lana. He's very much a teen, conflicted, not fitting in, coming off as weak and afraid because he can't show his strength.

Whitney is a jerk.

Lana is beautiful and that picture on Time is heartbreaking. (Long story involving an on-line multifandom RPG, but she is still my beautiful Viking Bride)

Chloe is amazing, I adore her. She was always kind of background before, but I'm really loving her.

Pete is a cipher.

Lex.... Oh gods I wish thamiris was still alive. We would be squeeing to death all over again.


My father thinks he'll grow up to be Harrison Ford one of these days. I hate to tell him, he already grew up to be Jonathan Kent. The speech patterns are very much the same.
