Tarot help needed

I do fine with readings for other people, but my own cards elude me.
Today, my Dark Angel Tarot leaped into my hands. I gave it the usual seven fold shuffle and triple cut.

The Hierophant leaped from the deck during shuffling.

The situation as it stands:
2 of Pentacles, 7 of Pentacles, The Devil

What I need to know:
Temperence, Death, 3 of cups

What I can control:
The Empress, The Tower, The Sun

What I cannot control:
Judgement, 7 of cups, The Wheel of Fortune

Outcome:
10 of swords, 3 of pentacles, The World

Tying it together:
Queen of Pentacles



Nine of the sixteen cards are major arcana. I have something major going on that I need to know about. Any help here would be hot.

The book with the deck is useless and I tend to be really bad at interpreting my own spreads.
