Answer in 3 parts:

1. Only if you continue to enjoy the sex.
2. Only if the corpse keeps pumping you.
3. Only if you had pre-knowledge of the impending killing prior to engaging in the sexual act, knowing in advance how it would end.

Necrophelia by definition implies a desire and/or fascination for having sex with a corpse.
