1) If I offered a free ebook from Inkstained Succubus, would anyone want it?

2) Would taking tips for tarot/crowdfunding be tacky for an anthology?

Run a Kickstarter. It's an easy way for people to pledge funds and help support you, it's secure so they don't feel like they're passing you bills in an alley, and that's what KS is for, after all. :)

If you want to see how to run a free ebook campaign, look at Michael West and Seventh Star. His whisper campaign for a short-term free ebook giveaway on Kindle has brought his book to No. 65 on Amazon Kindle Store overall, last I heard.

Was going to say, I've seen several Kickstarter projects for anthologies.

I (almost) never say no to a free ebook.

I like the sound of the submission calls. Sounds like some interesting stuff in the works!

I'm always open to free ebooks. That's how I learn if I like certain authors or publishers in order to buy their stuff.
