The last three seem like the same reason - basically biological determinism in that we are horny, we are rejected, we don't have enough hand lotion to cope.

Of course, this is why closeted gay teen boys were always the consummate "lady's men" in high school. They were the only teenage boys who weren't afraid of women (or more particularly the power of women to reject them) so they got laid - but they didn't enjoy it.
