I crashed hard and only got up when the pain in my hips became intolerable, in other words, somewhere around noon.

We went grocery shopping and did laundry. I talked to my dad and Bun, and wrote at the laudromat. I processed a turkey, ending up with 4 meals.

Dinner: turkey alfredo casserole. Pasta, turkey, spinach, mushrooms, alfredo sauce, mozarella and french-fried onions
