Work was worky.
I filled out my annual violation report.
The stationary bike was in use,so I did a Wii workout.
No life collection as nothing grabbed me.
Oli and I watched the zombie ep of Glee. It was great fun.
Made breakfast casseroles for my work week
Made funeral potatoes for dinner and had the odd feeling I needed to call my dad.
Dad called after dinner and let me know my great aunt Louise had died. She was in her 80s.
Writing: none, read instead
reading: Read all of "Privateer Plundered" 39K
Work out: 250 calories burned on wii
Fly: made bed, swisheed and swiped. 15 minute declutter and wiped down cabinets
editing none
crafting: continued purple hotpad.

Date: 2012-01-12 02:22 am (UTC)1 onion, chopped (i like red)
2 cans cream of $soup (mushroom, chicken, celery)
2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 cheese (I like sharp cheddar)
Diced cooked ham, about 6 oz
topping: potato chips, cornflakes, frenchfried onions, etc.
green chiles (optional)
Mix all together, top with topping. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
They're called funeral potatoes, because they are ubiquitous at midwestern and southern funerals.
