Yep. 3 inches tall, wings, magical. And falling in love with humans, despite the size difference.

Iris Thorn is our hero. Iris Tangle is his sister. There's a wizard called Korunir Kabix and everyone calls him Cabbage. It's very much high fantasy, a little silly but very sweet and kind of dark in places.
