There are many posts I should make.

I should talk about Olivia meeting Henry Winkler and having a heart-to-heart with him about how awful 4th grade is. I should squee over meeting Jeremy Bulloch. I should witter about doing a kink panel with [livejournal.com profile] thetammyjo. But I haven't written my fandom fest post

I should write the piece on how to talk about female politicians, and how not to, especially when you disagree with them.

I should post on the War on Women that is happening under our very noses.

I should write that post about "Speaking Christian" and how it's different from English, with which it shares a vocabulary. And how this is the reason for a lot of talk-show hosts not really understanding Michelle Bachmann or Christine O'Donnell or Sarah Palin.

Why am I not?

Because I am busting 2000 words a day, trying to finish Power in the Blood.
Because my life is in turmoil and I am at the end of my rope.

1) I work a 50 hour week. At bad hours. I subsist on 4-5 hours of sleep

2) My mother is pre-leukemic. She's AB-, of the type that can't take A- or B- or O-

3) Mom is off work until she can have eye surgery. She is legally blind with her glasses on

4) My younger sister is not coping. She's the type who would, in an earlier era, be a heavy consumer of laudanum for her nerves.

5) Bun. Oh gods where to start? She's a licensed adult entertainer (stripper) in Nashville. Shes living with one man, seeing another and trying to get out on her own. She's having some health issues

6) Oli. School is stressing her fiercely. She had to get her zoloft dose raised after a self-harm incident. Her periods are rough, and she has ovulation pain too.

7) Money. Always money. Am stashing all my royalties into savings for the Death March. It won't be enough.

Must go write so I can get to bed before 8.
