A journey begins with a single step

valarltdI reached one of my fitness goals today.
I touched my toes.
Two weeks ago, when I started getting into the Yoga section of the Wii, I realized I could no longer touch my toes. Which meant the Sun Salutation form looked odd. My wrists went barely past my knees.
Anyway, I've been working at it.
And today I managed to touch my toes.
Not once but TEN TIMES!
This makes me ridiculously happy.
