Fri: Payday. Possibly pizza

1 c. chopped onion
2 cans (4 oz) chopped green chilies
2 c. grated cheese
1 can chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped green onions
4 eggs
1/2 milk
1/4 c. flour
Brown and drain beef with onion. Layer meat and next four ingredients twice. (meat, chilies, cheese, olives, onions, and repeat.) Beat together eggs, milk, and flour. Pour over casserole. Bake 325° for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
