valarltdI was going to have a quiet night alone at home for the first time in ages. Bun took the kids to a movie. Mudd had PFLAG.
I got the call no mother wants.
"Mom, we've been in an accident. Someone rear-ended me."
Now, here's the rest of the story:
We just paid the car insurance. Mudd sent the insurance card back with the payment. By accident. The insurance card came in the mail today. He put it in the car at 4:15 PM.
Bun was hit at 6:30.
Sometimes, the gods look out for us.
