Also "Master Bear" a 20K novella about a dying top trying to be sure his beloved boy is cared for got rejected. Revising for Amber Quill.


Work: Cold.

Fly: scrubbed bathroom door, frame and switchplate. Decluttered desk (no noticeable difference, but I got all my royalty statements typed in). dressed, made bed, showered, shined sink.

Dinner: pancakes and sausage for Mardi Gras. Bun and Mudd are at a Dinner with the Dean function.

Accomplished: grocery shopping. Mailed rebate, Arkansas income tax and bittermint's book.

Reading: finished Dark Elves: Taken. Tell me Jet Mykles didn't actually use an interrobang. Het smut. All smut, but a nice break from the all gay smut. Still plugging on Exodus Gate

Scent of the day: Sri Lanka. Indian sandalwood and cedar, and the dry incense smoke of olibanum, gum mastic, patchouli and myrrh. Very elegant on me.

Tarot of the day: 5 of cups.
