We have a front room and a dining room. My computer is in the front room, which in typical 70s style has no light fixtures.
The light from the dining room bleeds over.

OH THANK GOD!!!!!

Someone with a desk as bad as mine. I was feeling crushed under the weight of uber tidy or worse, uber scholarly desks!!! Mine is full of stuff like take out brochures, a brush, an empty drink bottle, a dictionary, some rather manky cups, some video games...

My cup is at least clean (and full of water)

But yeah, snakebite kit, business cards, paint brushes, a Green man tarot deck, crochet books, envelopes with cryptic notes like "508.27 upping collion" (I think that's supposed to be collision), grocery coupons, a pocket watch and hip flask.

I LIVE at my desk.
