I'm home

I had a lovely day off.

I took my youngest for her Gardsil shot. She worked herself into a complete pet by the time we were called back. She was clearly going to do a full howling and wailing and waving her little mouse paws production number. But the shot was fast and she barely had time for a hitch.

Then i went to a doc-in-the-box to check on this painful rash.
Cellulitis.
And possibly a blood clot in the thigh. Go to ER before you DIE.

So I spent most of yesterday learning it was cellulities and lymph-angina (not a bloodclot) where the cellulitis was spreading deeper into my body.

Several doses of strong antibiotics later, I'm in better shape and home.

I'm home all week.

"Lymphangioma" instead of "lymph-angina"? That would totally explain the cellulitis, too. It usually shows up in kids, but can manifest at any age.

They can completely clear up the lymphangioma with treatments with a flashlamp pulsed dye laser.
